How to Join

You may subscribe to the Advocates Statement of Principles and become an Advocate by writing us a letter that includes the following language:

The Fire Service-Based EMS Advocates believe that:

“Fire Service-Based EMS Systems are strategically positioned to deliver pre-hospital emergency medical services that incorporate time critical response and effective patient care. Fire Service-Based EMS emphasizes responder safety, competent and compassionate workers, and cost effective operations.”

What to say and where to mail your letter:

Send a letter on letterhead requesting membership and indicating that you concur with the Advocates Statement of Principles. Be sure to include the Statement of Principles in your letter.
